GOOD FOOD STARTS WITH GOOD SOURCING. We’re passionate about sustainability and getting local products. We want to be able to tell the people we serve where the food they’re eating comes from.
Start with good food, then everything else will follow.
We bring that same sense of respect to the way we prepare our dishes. We want people to walk away thinking, “That was one of the best meals I’ve had.” Not just in Southeast Texas. Ever.
The Fresh Catch with Mahi-Mahi
American Wagyu
American Wagyu is a hybrid of popular domestic American breeds such as Black Angus and Longhorn and the famed Wagyu of Japan. We feel that is the best of both worlds — the bold, muscular meat of American cattle tempered by the rich yet delicate marbling of Japanese beef. We source our all natural American Wagyu from Texas Ranchers.
American Black Angus
“America’s Pride,” “The Steakhouse Classic” – Black Angus is the dominant beef breed in the US. It is known for producing large muscles with abundant marbling resulting in high quality meat. We dry-age our Prime grade Black Angus beef in-house to maximize its flavor by expelling water from the subprimals and, through enzymatic processes, tenderizing the beef from within.
Fresh & Seasonal
You can’t prepare good food without good ingredients. And we place as high an emphasis on fresh, sustainably sourced produce as we place on the sourcing of our beef and our wild-caught seafood.
